Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 8:00 AM

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 500.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. HOLIDAY RENTALSNo refunds 0-90 days before arrival50% refund 91+ days before arrival

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 110.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Airport Shuttle Service Two (2) adults and Two (2) Children To/From the Cancun Airport $110.00 USD (One way)Three (3) to Six (6) To/From the Cancun Airport $150.00 USD (One way)Fees are based on a one way transfer.

Air Conditioning & Fees

A guest must request this optional service. Excessive use will be charge for by deducting the cost from the security deposit.

Telephone Fee

A mobile phone is available for a fee of $20.00 USD Weekly plus minutes. (per phone)Lost or damaged Cell phones are charged as a $55.00 fee

Parking

Parking is free.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 25.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks)
