This delightful masia (old Catalan farmhouse), part of which dates back to the 17th century, is located in a totally unspoilt area. Tucked away at the end of a 1km long farm track is this comfortable, spacious family home with wonderful views and a most inviting swimming pool. The master bedroom, with full en-suite bathroom, leads onto a spacious terrace. The east-facing side of the property has a terrace with a built-in barbecue - perfect for dining alfresco! The house is situated in Pruit, a small hamlet belonging to Rupit, one of the most ancient and best preserved villages in Catalunya. The city of Vic has a cathedral and Episcopal museum, and is known for its quality sausages, such as Ilongonissa (a kind of salami). This area is great for walkers and mountain bike riding. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
