• Saba Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In the little village Windwardside there are several nice restaurants. If you like lobster, then you will be happy there.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Transfer the rental amount to our bank account in the Netherlands. Details will be provided after Notice of Match completed.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 10 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 10 an hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
