Breathtaking views from pool deck over the Caribbean Sea. At the other side of our house you will have a great view over the village Windwardside, as well as enjoy Mountain views.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In the little village Windwardside there are several nice restaurants. If you like lobster, then you will be happy there.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Transfer the rental amount to our bank account in the Netherlands. Details will be provided after Notice of Match completed.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
No children are allowed under 10 years old.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 10 an hour.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
