The villa is set on a property of cluster pines and holm-oaks. From every window or the terraces you have the trees view. From the solarium-terrace you get the view of the Lake of Paola and the surrounding greenery of the Circeo's national park.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50,00 euro.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 8,50 euro per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
