The house is fully furnished and includes a modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and gas cooker, a living/dining room with stone fireplace and cotto floor, two bathrooms with handmade Vietri tiles and three bedrooms with antique furniture which can accommodate up to six people.

Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is due on arrival.
