Panoramic views (300 mt a.s.l.) over vineyards and the Ouvèze valley. Private garden (1.000 m2) with equipped terrace and pergola. Shared pool with other guests (max. 4 people). Peaceful position. The region is very well known on account of its Gigondas, Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Vacqueyras wines and its historic cities of Vasion-la-Romaine and Orange. Parking. Shared swimming pool (9,5 x 4 m). ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen open onto the dining room (oven, freezer), laundry room (dishwasher and washing machine), WC. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortably furnished with some period pieces. Inside the grounds there are a further two apartments, one of which is lived in by the owners. Central heating. Garden. Garden furniture.
LOCATION: 500 mt Séguret (tennis court), 2 km Sablet, 5 km Gigondas, 7 km Vaison-la-Romaine (all kinds of shops). 20 km Orange (golf course), 38 km Avignon (airport).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
