The Chateau has a total panoramic view over the Lake of Castillon and the surrounding mountains. There are no other buildings around.
This castle has three apartments, this is for the rental of all three.
• Nice Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Many flights come direct to Nice-Cote d'Azur Airport (IATA code is NCE). This airport is the second largest in France after Paris.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. The narrow gauge train "Train des Pignes" links the Chateau to the town of Nice.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

Payment must be made via bank wire transfer. Bank details will be given upon reservation.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
