Set in vineyards on the outskirts of Ste. Maxime, this property is in a super location, just five minutes from the beach and town, with its water taxi service across the bay to St. Tropez. This is a small detached villa standing next to the owners' house on their wine-growing domaine. The pool is to one side of the property with views across the vineyards, and is for the exclusive use of our guests. The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and French windows to the terrace, whilst a steep open sided staircase from the sitting area leads up to the spacious first floor bedroom. The interior is compact and simply furnished, but adequate for holiday living. Private swimming pool (6.5 x 3.5m, depth 1.5m). Washing machine. Dishwasher. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
