30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total price plus ˆ 30 administrative costs.
· Cancellation from 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 2 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
