Full size, fully-equipped authentic Provencal kitchen with large wooden table and expandable leaf. Buffet and hutch. All kitchen linens supplied. Full-size walk-through windows open onto small terrace. Wood beams, high ceiling. Tiled floors.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Village houses and hillsides seen from all windows.
Living area with armchair, couch (can sleep 1 more, if necessary) and color TV,
radio,CD player.
- Marseille Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Nice is also a very convenient International Airport, a little further, about a 2 hours drive via beautiful back roads or autoroute.
- Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The lower Alps can be seen from the village. There are several ski stations within 45 minutes all around Digne-les-bains which is 1 hr. north.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Local small grocery store and excellent restaurant in village. Visiting "Pizza Truck" once a week. Cafe on main square a 5 minute walk.
- Nearby Attractions: 10 minutes from spa town of Greoux-les-bains to W, Riez to E, (both towns have open-air Provencal markets twice a week. Good restaurants.) Lac d'Esparron to SE, 25 minutes. NW to Manosque, 35 minutes to Verdon Gorges "Grand Canyon of Europe" & Moustiers Ste. Marie with all its charm and porcelaine shops, 45 minutes SW to Aix-en-Provence, 1 hour south to Marseille or north to Digne, 1hour 45 minutes SE to Nice. 2 hours 30 minutes to Italy.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash All taxes and fees are included. Please note personal checks are accepted only if drawn on a US bank account in US dollars.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under 18 years old stay free.
- Check in after 7:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
