One of a Kind Property - over an Acre of Privacy. Close to Salmon Arm!

Property is level, treed, very private yet close to town and all the amenities and attractions that are offered. Launch your boat and enjoy the miles and miles of the sunny Shuswap. Head out to Margaret Falls for the day. Boat to Sicamous for lunch at the pub on the channel. Cruise to Marble Point and beyond. Walk, jog or ride your bikes along the 4.6km trail along the lakeshore into town and make a day of it.

A 20' pontoon boat is available for rent, as well as kayaks, a canoe and paddle boats and a small sailboat (rates are negotiable and guests should discuss this with owner). This property is perfect to enjoy with large groups or you could hold a wedding or a family reunion here if you wanted. With so much space and things to do, it's like your own private resort.

Lots of shade trees to stay cool under. Fire pit in the front lawn to cook those hot dogs and s'mores and stay warm if the nights get chilly Stay up late to gaze at the stars. No street lights to bother the view.

ENJOY. With family and friends.

Pets are welcome but small dogs are preferred.

Centrally located between Vancouver and Calgary. Easy access off the Trans Canada Highway.

Please note that this property is approximately two acres in size. The owners reside in a fifth wheel trailer that is located at the far end of the property. There are two dogs but they are contained.
