The villa is situated in an elevated position in the prestigious and private urbanization of Monte de los Almendros (Mountain of Almonds), on the hillside above Salobrena, with superb views of the Mediterranean coastline, Salobrena Moorish castle and village, and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Luxurious, detached villa located in a tranquil location on the residential hillside above the village of Salobrena with panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline, Salobrena village, and Sierra Nevada Mountains. Private large pool (4m x 10m), generous terraces, and mature gardens.
Outside you will find a mature garden with many fruit trees, plenty of terraces (open and covered), 6 sun loungers, patio furniture and a built in BBQ. Salobrena beaches, bars, shops, and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. There are a couple of golf courses local to Villa Renna, closest is 5 minutes east of town at Campo de los Moriscos. The historic city of Granada is a mere 45 minute drive with its enchanting Alhambra Castle. There is a large neighborhood swimming pool, toddlers pool, playground, and tennis court a 5 minute walk away and is free of charge to our guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a thermostatically controlled radiator.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
