As this unit is on the 2nd floor and overlooks Galway Bay, the view is unmatched. To the front from the living room there is an unobstructed view of the bay, parts of the city, and the hills of County Clare in the distance. The balcony is to the front, off the living room, and has room for chairs and a table. Just to the front right you have the newly built Aquarium, and also a new modern Tourist office. The rear of the unit overlooks a courtyard.

There is an en-suite bathroom and main bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. The living room has a balcony which looks onto the bay. This apartment is fully equipped and is registered as 4 Star. There are various amenities adjacent to the unit. These include a beach across the road, a new Aquarium & Tourist office, a swimming pool / water world complex, lots of hotels, restaurants, etc.

Payments and Policies• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Galway Bay Golf Course is situated at the other end of the promenade, and is just a little over 10 minutes walk. There are lots of other Golf courses within a 20 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). All facilities are within 5 minutes walk. • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The Bay and beach are adjacent to the complex. The beach varies, with fine sand in parts and rocks in other areas.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
