    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.

    We have several bank accounts in Brazil, The Netherlands and PayPal. Depending on your Country, we can discuss the best way to pay upon Notice of Match completion.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50 Euro.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
