• Libera Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Car rentals , taxi's are available at both San Jose and Libera airports. Nicoya is 1 hour south of Libera turn right (west) then 1/2 hour to Playa Samara. All roads are paved.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Shuttles are available to all the tourist sites of Costa Rica.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Samara has a wide variety of restaurants, which all seem to offer something different. Lots of shopping available.
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Surf board rentals are available at the beach.
• Nearby Attractions: The beautiful Carrio beach which allows no buildings on the beach is a short 5 min drive, a must see.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Transfer of funds through email is excepted

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Going Rate.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
