Playa Samara is a quaint village away from the busy centers. Its 7 kilometers of beach is great for walking, sunbathing or surfing. The reef cuts down on the big waves. It is a must see. Las Palmeras is a gated condo with security guard on at night. A grounds keeper is on by day. You receive a remote for the main gate when you arrive. It is a 600m walk to the beach or a kilometer walk on flat ground to downtown shopping and restaurants.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Going Rate.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
