Brand new luxury penthouse style vacation condominiums by the sea. These condominiums (sixteen of them) were built by the owner as super luxury penthouse style condominiums to be sold to the rich. These condominiums are better than Ritz Carlton (which is down the street). Because of the bad economy, you now have a chance to rent them. |

Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
