Three Bedroom Apartment in Farmhouse on wonderful Estate close to San Gimignano

This lovely apartment is in a restored farmhouse situated in the heart of the undulating Tuscan countryside close to the charming town of San Gimignano. There is a pretty swimming pool in the grounds and the apartment has its own area in the garden ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. This a lovely area for enjoying country walks and well located for exploring the region. The apartment has a shower room suitable for disabled persons. Note: some rooms accessible from outside only to avoid some internal steps.

The estate is composed of the main farmhouse which has been fully restored and is now divided into just three lovely apartments, and a detached barn. The unit is spacious and nicely furnished in typical Tuscan style retaining many of the original characteristics such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. There is a comfortable living room with a kitchen area, and a dining room with table chairs, and satellite television which opens onto the apartments outside terrace. The three bedrooms each have their own shower rooms (two are ensuite), and one has also been designed for disabled person accessibility. In the grounds of the estate is a pretty swimming pool (10m x 5m) which is a lovely spot for relaxing.

San Gimignano with its shops, historic monuments and excellent restaurants is only 10 minutes drive away, and many of the regions other sights are within easy driving distance. A great base from which to explore Tuscany.
