One Bedroom Flat in Restored Watchtower
This unit is in an old restored farmhouse setting on the top of a little hill amidst olive groves and vineyards, just 2 kms far from the town center of San Gimignano.
The flat is composed of a large kitchen/livingroom are with double sofa bed, and private bathroom with shower. It’s at the ground floor of our farmhouse and has 2 entrances: the main entrance is a large double door, in the kitchen/livingroom , facing the courtyard, the second entrance is in the bedroom and faces the garden. The flat is fully equipped with all kitchen necessities and in summer you are free to use the pool. Heating is charged by consumption.
The 3rd occupant could be only a child under 12 yrs.
A dedicated BBQ area ensure to the guests the possibility to enjoy the Tuscan food, combined with a good bottle of home production red wine. There is the possibility to join free wine tastings at the farm, Tuscan cooking classes, horse riding, trekking, bike, moto, Vespa or car rentals nearby.
