Charming apartment in the historical centre of San Michele Salentino, only few kilometres away from the Adriatic Sea and from the main touristic attractions of the Valle d’Itria. The house has three floors and consists of two apartments which can be rented also separately. They have been recently renovated and finely furnished with some epoc things. The interior walls are stone made with arches and wood bars.
The entrance is on the ground floor which leads to a wide living room with table for six people and furnished open kitchen. Under the arch there is a comfy double sofa bed while in another alcove there is a nice fireplace, perfect to create a cosy atmosphere during the winter. A wide and new wardrobe is just in front of the bathroom with shower. Through a interior stairs you will get to the first floor where is the second apartment. This is very finely furnished with double bed with tv sat corner, wardrobe wood table and wood drawers, a new style bathroom with shower. The kitchen of such an apartment is on the third floor, fully furnished and with external terrace equipped with table for six people, umbrella, and BBQ. This location allow you to visit most of the many Puglia's attractions in a few minutes. It is only 13km from the famous white city of Ostuni, and a similar distance to the beautiful natural oasis at Torre Guaceto. Alberobello (UNESCO), with its world-renowned trulli, is less than 45km; Castellana Grotte and its famous caves is only 54km far...
