Beautiful, New Villa (2006), Located right next to the exclusive Las Olas development in San Pancho on the road to Costa Azul, Just 3 short blocks from the beach and just two blocks from Main Street. Rental has Air conditioned living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and with fantastic views of jungle and ocean and access to the 3rd floor Palapa, the perfect spot for cocktail parties or simple relaxation while watching the sunset. Satellite TV and DVD player. Maid Service is included. A cook is available for a small fee to prepare and serve evening meals, please inquire.
