Shuswap lake is less than a 1 minute walk from the property. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a public dock.
Beautiful sandy beach, clean water, amazing views, lovely dock. Perfect for sunbathing, swimming, canoeing, waterskiing, jet boats, houseboating!

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival)
At the time of payment, the current exchange rate will apply. Discuss with owner.
Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
Money orders & bank drafts must be in US funds.
Along with the deposit check, include a post-dated final payment check.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
