Ancient farmhouse set on the typical hills of the Chianti, between Siena and Florence, where the owners have created three holiday apartments. Particularly peaceful position. Very beautiful, panoramic views of the Chianti hills characterised by ancient farmhouses and small country church campaniles. Each apartment has its own equipped outdoor area and grassy areas surrounding the house. Situated approx. 50 below the house, in a panoramic position amidst the olive trees, is the swimming pool (5.5x15) which is shared between the three apartments and the owner. It is possible to go for nice walks. Access to the house along an unpaved, slightly uphill road (approx. 1.2 km) that isn't advised for sport cars. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 4 km San Casciano Val di Pesa (all kinds of shops), 25 km Florence, 30 San Gimignano, Montespertoli and the entire Chianti classico area, 35 Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: (40 m2) Gr. fl.: sunny, large room divided into two by an arch: sleeping area with double bed, day area with divan bed and direct access to a large farmyard shared with the owner's apartment and from where you access a terrace (40 m2) (exclusive and equipped) above the apartment, 1 kitchen (oven), 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
