Typical farmhouse set on one of the most beautiful hills in the Florentine Chianti area amongst vineyards and olive-groves. Panoramic views. Peaceful position. Extensive, equipped area with a swimming-pool (14x7) and a covered terrace for outdoor dining. Parking. Nearby is an uninhabited house used as a store-room. The owners have free access to the property in order to clean the swimming pool and cut the grass in the garden (hours can be agreed upon with the guests). DISTANCES: 3 km San Casciano (various shops), 22 km Florence. Within a radius of 35 km Greve, Radda, San Gimignano.
ACCOMMODATION: (350 m2) Gr. fl.: dining room with fireplace and access onto the outside, lounge with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), WC (washing machine). 1st fl.: 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which with bathroom with shower and 1 with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Small tower: 1 double bedroom. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Telephone. Hot water from electric boilers. Additional sleeping places available at an extra charge, to be requested when booking. Baby-bed available. Pets are allowed only on the ground floor and they must respect the furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
