Restored farmhouse (90 m2) in a commercial farm in the green hills that characterise the Chianti Classico countryside. Peaceful position. Pretty and broad view of the surrounding countryside. The house is surrounded by an equipped garden (approx. 250 m2) inside a 15 hectare property. Parking. DISTANCES: 1.5 km grocery shops, 12 km San Casciano (all kinds of shops), 14 km Tavarnelle, 27 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: small entrance lounge, living room (satellite TV, DVD and CD player) with double divan bed and access onto the panoramic and equipped terrace (46 m2), kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with fireplace, lumber room (washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath. On the gr. fl. there are some rooms that are closed, which are occasionally used by the owner. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
