Renovated hayloft (50 m2) that has been transformed into a cosy holiday house in a green valley in the Florentine Chianti. Views of the valley. Peaceful position. Natural, equipped lawn for the exclusive use of the guests. In the back of the hayloft is an area equipped for outdoor dining reserved for the guests on a terrace that is shared with the owner who lives in the nearby farmhouse. The apartments is located on the floor above the country room while on the ground floor there is a room, with an independent entrance, which the owner occasionally uses. Access along 500 m of dirt track road not suitable for sport cars. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km from San Casciano (all kinds of shops), 8 km horse riding, 25 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl. (access along an outdoor stairway located in the back of the hayloft): living/dining room with fireplace, kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 2 km from San Casciano (all kinds of shops), 8 km horse riding, 25 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
