The kitchen has a dining area and is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 burner gas stove, fridge and freezer. There is access to a small, sunny patio area furnished with garden table and chairs.

The property is immersed in nature and has a view of the surrounding hills.
The apartment is located on two floors totalling 85 square meters.
At the ground floor, the large living / dining room provides a double sofa bed, a couch, TV with satellite, french doors to the garden that make the room very luminous. A shower room / wardrobe closet fits a washing machine. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom,(2 beds can be twin or double on request) and a shower room / wardrobe closet. The large shared garden furnished with an above-ground swimming pool as well as tables and chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas make the perfect place for resting. There is parking within the grounds, and a secondary road passes close by. Easily reached by local roads, it is the perfect starting point for discovering the Chianti region and visiting the famous cities of Florence and Siena.
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 20 Euros per week.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40 Euros.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
