This luxuriously re-modeled duplex (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7) is located 130 steps to beach access or 100 steps (or approx. 1 and a half minute walk) to town in the famous Moonlight Beach area where you will find restaurants, shopping, and more. Short walk to train station and drive to numerous attractions in the southern California area. Please request any extras that would make your vacation as special as possible at no extra charge and we will try to accommodate you.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 400 will apply. A fee of 100 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
