Short walk to train station and drive to numerous attractions in the southern California area. Please request any extras that would make your vacation as special as possible at no extra charge and we will try to accommodate you.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 70.00 a day. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
