Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 400 will apply. A fee of 100 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
