Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. A fee of 50 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of follow house instructions may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for seasonal per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
