50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 15 years old.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
