Incredible ocean views from virtually anywhere in the unit. The balcony directly faces the ocean and has plexiglass walls so you can see out at any height. The living and dining rooms has mirrored walls so the ocean is in view all around. And the master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large window right next to the bed. The unit is on the 3rd floor so the view is perfect - not too high up, but just high enough over the horizon to look out over the ocean and see the dolphins.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are more than 45 courses in the area. This is golf heaven!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Within a few hundred feet of the unit there are several excellent restaurants, a couple of bakeries and coffee shops, clothes boutiques, a surf shop, a roller blade rental store, and a jewelry store. Sunset Sands lies in the heart of the "Old Mission Beach" business district. This small area encompasses about a quarter mile north and south of the unit on Mission Blvd. Tree-lined courts and beach bungalow alleys characterize this area between Tangiers Court to the north and Santa Clara Place to the south. This is a great spot because of the compact clustering of a number of interesting, fun, and fashionable businesses. Complete with hip fashion boutiques, art galleries and specialty gift shops, the neighborhood boasts the largest selection of swimwear in Southern California. Travel like the locals do, and ride a Sunset Sands bike. Or rent some roller blades from one of several excellent rental shops in the neighborhood
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Sunset Sands is directly on the beach. You can enjoy the sound, sights, and sensations of the ocean every minute you are there. We provide 2 beach chairs and beach towels. The surf is great fun to play in!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 40% (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $400 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
