Surf, sun and family fun! Upper unit in newer duplex, two decks, hardwood floors, clean, quiet. Steps to bay beach (great for toddlers), 1 very short block to ocean beach-To get to the bay side beach you walk about
75' crossing an alley named Bayside Lane. To get to the ocean side beach you
walk less than 100 yards crossing Mission Blvd and a lane named Strand
Way; well know surfing area. Walking distance to Belmont Park; 5 minutes to Sea World, world famous San Diego Zoo in 10 minutes. Owner lives in building to correct any problems. Eight years of satisfied renters.

High end washer & drier; deck off living room; deck off master bedroom. No need for A/C in this mild climate -- just open the door. No bugs either. Swimming pool and gym available at Belmont park.

• Linberg Field is about 20 to 25 minutes away; no freeway driving needed.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Championship courses Torrewy Pines and La Costa are in San Diego County. There are probably dozens of courses within 25 miles. There's a small course in Pacific Beach that's 10 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Numerous beach dining spots and light shopping with easy walking distance. Finer dining and major shopping within 10 minutes by car.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Bay beach perhaps 50 steps; ocean beach about 100 yards. Nice bay view from master bedroom. Both bay beach (peace and quiet) and ocean beach (waves and some people but not too crowded) within 100 yards. Many public volleyball courts near by (net needed). Lifeguards on ocean beach during popular hours.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
