• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The nearest golf course is Balboa Park golf course, just 2.04 miles. The next closest is Mission Bay golf course, a little over 8 miles. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The building is located in the heart of Downtown San Diego. Shopping and dining begins just outside the door. • San Diego Bay is less than a 10 minute walk. There are no public beaches in the immediate downtown area. The nearest beach is located at Ocean Blvd. & Central in Coronado, just 5 miles and 11 minutes away. It has been described as having well behaved crowds and plenty of room. Excellent beaches in area, especially on Coronado. Easy access by auto or public transporation.
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
