Mulinello offers the possibility of a completely relaxing holiday thanks to its isolated position immersed in nature. Equipped garden with barbecue. Access to the property along 100 m of dirt track road in mediocre condition. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km the town of S. Donato in Poggio (grocery shop), 20 km S. Gimignano, 30 km Florence, 35 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher) and divan bed. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (suitable for children), 1 bathroom with shower. Very simple furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
