1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). Converted to a third bedroom. Pull out couch with memory foam mattress cover makes for comfortable sleeping. TV with DVD in room. Ideal for kids.

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Living room couch converts to a queen size bed and has a 6 inch Interspring mattress. TV with DVD over fireplace.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Guest comments 03/16/09 Louie, Everything was perfect. We had a fabulous time. Everyone loved the kitchen (we only ate one meal out). It snowed over 4 inches Saturday night so we got up Sunday morning and cross country skied along the lake shore from the condo in fresh snow. We used the workout room, the pool and hot tub a couple of times and several made use of the spa. We ate memorable slow meals at the grand dining room table. No one turned a cell phone on the entire weekend.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you cancel your reservation you will receive a refund according to the following stipulations: 100% refund: 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. 50% Refund: 30-59 days prior to scheduled arrival date. 0% Refund: 29 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. If we are successful in renting the unit during the period you originally reserved, you will receive a full refund. Security deposits ($750) and cleaning fees ($120) will always be refunded at 100%.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
