More Information

This is an independent converted barn with a balcony that has a beautiful view of the Arbia valley. The heated swimming pool is shared with other units. A laundry service is available in-house for $10 US each wash, (ironing not included), there are also two laundry facilities in the village. This is the oldest San Fabiano farm, dating back to the late seventeen hundreds. It was beautifully restored with taste and all comforts. Outside, under a wooden roof, you can enjoy a barbecue or just relax in the shadow. Around the house there is a fenced garden with a panoramic swimming pool with an Arbia valley view and a Siena skyline. A gardener and a housekeeper are at your service every day of your stay.

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded.
