Large kitchen island seats up to 10 persons easily. Kitchen and dining area overlook the step-down living room.

The en suite bathroom has extensive rustic tile work and features a huge walk-in shower and double vanity cabinet. The bedroom has full view of the pool and panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. Imagine laying in bed in the morning and watching the sun rise over the water ... viewing the lights of San Felipe at night over the bay ... stepping from your bedroom for a morning or evening swim in the private pool. This is a beautiful bedroom for your romantic getaway.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union
Reservations are not confirmed until we receive the completed rental agreement and your deposit of either 1 night's rental on bookings of less than 7 nights or 1/3 of the total rental on bookings of 7+ nights. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. During non-holiday periods, a 5% discount may be available to law enforcement, military, teachers, AARP and AAA members upon request. A 3.5% merchant processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. We recognize that unforeseen events can cause a change in your travel plans. There is a $100 administrative fee on all cancellations; the balance is refunded as follows: 30 days or more = 100%; 14 days ore more = 50% ; 7 days or more = 25%; less than 7 days = forfeit. Note that holiday cancellations of less than 14 days = forfeit. In the event of cancellation, to avoid forfeiture, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your reservation within 30 days based upon availability.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500.00 will apply. A fee of 50.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
