Gourmet kitchen in the upstairs great room provides a wonderful environment for preparing meals or snacks during your vacation. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and every necessity for cooking, baking and grilling. The upstairs patio is accessed from the kitchen / dining area and offers a large stainless steel propane BBQ grill to prepare outdoor meals.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The spacious master bedroom suite is located on the upper level and features a private balcony, en suite spa bathroom and TV with satellite programming (English language). All bedrooms have I-pod docking radios with digital clock / alarms.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom # 2 is on the lower level and features a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower 2 bedrooms walk out onto a private patio featuring beach views.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom # 3 is also on the lower level and has access to the private patio viewing the beach. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom (with walk-in shower) that is shared with the den area.

Den

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The den / entertainment area features a queen size sleeper sofa. This area features the custom home theater system and is adjacent to the lower level bedrooms, with access to the shared full bathroom.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and one basin.

This unit offers beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and shoreline from the upper and lower patio levels; wonderful for watching the sunrise over the water. The master bedroom patio has views of the mountains and enjoys spectacular sunsets.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. There is room for 30 boats. The unit is immediately in front of the beach, with nothing but sand and palm trees between you and the Sea of Cortez. There is a public launch area at the San Felipe Marina, approximately 20 minutes south.
• Nearby Attractions: La Ventana is a championship 18 hole golf course, with 4 holes played along the coastlline. The community has tennis courts and swimming pools. ATV's are available for rental to explore the desert and sand dunes. Visits to the natural hot springs of Puertocitos, giant sahuaro cactus and petroglyphs (cave drawings) are popular activities.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
We realize that unforeseen events can cause a change in plans. There is a $100.00 administrative fee for all cancellations. The balance of your deposit will be refunded according to the following policy: 30 day notice = 100%. 14 days or more = 50%. 7 days or more = 25%. Less than 7 days = forfeit. For reservations during holiday or special event periods, cancellations of 14 days or less = forfeit. To avoid forfeiture, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your reservation within 90 days, based upon availability.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
