- San Felipe International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. San Felipe International Airport is approximately 8 miles south of San Felipe village with runway capacity for up to DC-9. Our local property representative can assist with flight plan information in Spanish for airport officials.
- Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. ABC private bus line has daily transportation to/from San Felipe - Mexicali - San Diego and other parts of Mexico.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. La Ventana del Mar 18-golf course is open for play at El Dorado Ranch, 7 miles north of San Felipe.

- The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. There is room for 30 boats. Gorgeous unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez from 2 private patios, living room and dining room areas. Access to the beach is immediately across the 1-lane street. Launch areas are available nearby for boats, jet skis, etc. Sport fishing excursions can be arranged through our local (bilingual) property manager. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash Reservations are not confirmed until we receive the completed rental agreement and your deposit of either 1 night's rental on bookings of less than 7 nights or 1/3 of the total rental on bookings of 7+ nights. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. During non-holiday periods, a 5% discount may be available to law enforcement, military, teachers, AARP and AAA members upon request.
A 3.5% merchant processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions.
We recognize that unforeseen events can cause a change in your travel plans. There is a $100 administrative fee on all cancellations; the balance is refunded as follows: 30 days or more = 100%; 14 days ore more = 50% ; 7 days or more = 25%; less than 7 days = forfeit. Note that holiday cancellations of less than 14 days = forfeit. In the event of cancellation, to avoid forfeiture, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your reservation within 30 days based upon availability.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50.00 will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
