    A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash
    Reservations are not confirmed until we receive the completed rental agreement and your deposit of either 1 night's rental on bookings of less than 7 nights or 1/3 of the total rental on bookings of 7+ nights. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. During non-holiday periods, a 5% discount may be available to law enforcement, military, teachers, AARP and AAA members upon request. A 3.5% merchant processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. We recognize that unforeseen events can cause a change in your travel plans. There is a $100 administrative fee on all cancellations; the balance is refunded as follows: 30 days or more = 100%; 14 days ore more = 50% ; 7 days or more = 25%; less than 7 days = forfeit. Note that holiday cancellations of less than 14 days = forfeit. In the event of cancellation, to avoid forfeiture, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your reservation within 30 days based upon availability.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
