Situated on the Golf Brava estate, this property is perfect for both golf lover and sports enthusiasts. The property boasts a lovely garden and pretty covered terrace. It is also ideal for winter breaks, having both central heating and an open fire. There's a supermarket, sports club with pool, tennis courts and a resturant all within easy reach. Individual and family club membership is available on a weekly basis at reasonable rates. The beaches of Sant Feliú de Guixols and Playa d'Aro are close by. Just 200m away, there is a well known, local restaurant. A 10 minute drive will take you to Gandía with a vast choice of restaurants and shops. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
