Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express 30% of the total amount due will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. If your arrival is within 30 days, total payable amount has to be collected at time of reservation. For the remaining 70% of the amount due, please choose one of the following options: Option1: The remaining 70% will be charged to your credit card before 30 days prior your arrival. We will use your credit card details submitted at the time of the reservation. Option2: Pay the remaining 70% with a valid US check before 30 days prior to your check-in Note 1: All payments with credit card are subject to a processing fee depending on the type of credit card that you use; Visa (2.5%), MasterCard (2.5%) or American Express (3.5%) CANCELLATION POLICY All confirmed reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date, are subject to a 30% reservation fee. Confirmed reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival date are subject to the full rental charge (total payable). *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 125. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
