Stay in an elegantly decorated yet comfortable Victorian flat in the middle of San Francisco for less than a hotel room. The flat has two large bedrooms; one with a fireplace. One bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the other has two singles which can be converted into a queen. The large living room looks upon beautiful Buena Vista Park and towards downtown San Francisco.

    2 Single/Twin Futon Beds. A delightful and cheery room with great views of the garden. The room is very large with two singles that can be combined into one double bed. The room is perfect for children and has a sitting area with a table and chairs.

    1 Queen Bed. A lovely bedroom with a view of the garden. Tastefully decorated with Asian art and antiques. The bedroom is large with a working fireplace, sitting area and plenty of space to stretch out.
    Living Room
    1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. The living room has a full and very comfortable hideway bed.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
    View
    The living room looks out toward the city and directly onto Buena Vista Park. The vista is green and inviting. The bedrooms both look out towards the ocean upon a professionally landscaped garden.

    The washer and dryer is made available to those staying 7 days or more. Excellent location for public transportation. Using public transportation we are 10 minutes from Union Square and 20 minutes from Fisherman's Wharf.

They can vary from the unusual but exciting Haight Street area to more sophisticated dining in Cole Valley.Excellent location for public transportation. Using public transportation we are 10 minutes from union square and 20 minutes from Fisherman's Wharf.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The ocean is around two miles from the unit. It can be reached on foot, by public transport or by driving. The beach is around 2 miles away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
