1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Lower level suite with bamboo hardwood flooring and stone tiling in full ensuite bathroom with tub. Private sleeping nook with dual out swinging French doors opening up to the huge redwood deck and hot tub area.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). World's most comfortable mattress- Tempurpedic contouring memory foam bed- with matching memory foam pillows. Elevated platform bed affords views of the lush gardens and trees as well as peek-a-boo Bay views. Dual out swinging French doors open onto a private redwood deck with table and 2 chairs.
Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). High end Italian designer pull-out queen bed (Natuzzi). Super easy to pull out and very comfy- you won't feel the bars as there are none! Living room location has sliding pocket doors and curtain for privacy. New 42 inch Plasma HD TV and fireplace make this the ideal room to chill or entertain.

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Lower level bedroom with private bathroom with walk-in shower across the hall. Seating area and flat screen TV.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal
PayPal payments are only accepted from VERIFIED PayPal accounts. Please be sure you have your account verified prior to making any payments or it will be refused. Please make TWO separate PayPal payments- one for the rent due and one for the refundable $500 security deposit. Failure to do this will result in a 3% fee subtracted from your security deposit to cover associated PayPal costs.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
