1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This room has windows looking out towards Golden Gate Park and St. Ignatius Cathedral. It has abundant natural light and seating for seven people. There is a small gas fireplace and a telvevision.

Payment Details

1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
If cancellation is 8 days or more prior to arrival there is a $70 processing fee.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
