    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). State of the art Tempurpedic mattress with Scandinavian style furnishings and very large walk-in closet with two large windows with views of the city and the garden.

    1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). Comfortable couch with access to own bathroom.
    Recreation Room
    2 Queen Air Mattresses (sleeps 4) and 1 Twin Air Mattress (sleeps 1). Sleeping bags and other sleeping options provided by the guest are allowed in this unit. This room is very large and is accessible through a trap door in the living room. Clean and recently renovated.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 15.00/pet/day will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
