1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Couch (sleeps 2). Entire third floor master suite with views of San Francisco bay while laying in bed. Extra lounge room in master suite which can be converted into a bedroom that sleeps 2 extra persons or can remain as a lounge room with it's full, private bathroom. Third floor master suite also includes office, two decks and a fireplace.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
