No smoking indoor or within 20 feet of the building. A security deposit of $300.00 will be required for all stays and will be refunded after inspection of property on day of departure. An additional $100.00 in cleaning fees will be added if pets are present.

    1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). Guest Room/Office. This room uses one of two air mattresses that are available. One mattress is elevated and the other is a standard air mattress.

    1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2), 1 Single Couch (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Air Mattress (sleeps 1). Sleeping bags and other sleeping options provided by the guest are allowed in this unit.

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). World renowned Lake Tahoe is only 3.5 hrs. hours away! Great ski resorts for all levels are easily accessible.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Short walking distance to Castro/Noe Valley and the Mission districts. Lots of different cuisines, bars and clubs to choose from.
    • Ocean Beach, Bakers Beach and the Marin Highlands are less than a 20 minute drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 15.00/pet/day will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner at time of departure may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
