Our unit is an oasis in San Francisco's Civic Center. The apartment located in a classic Victorian building is totally upgraded with a modern kitchen and garage parking. It has great views from the living room and the master bedroom with a large amount of natural light. There is a pull out couch in the living room allowing six people to occupy the unit. Public transportation is with one block. Restaurants and nightlife opportunities are numerous and close. The Symphony Hall, Main Library, and City Hall are within walking distance.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
