There are five apartments in the house and they share use of the swimming pool, BBQ area and laundry room, but everyone has a private entrance and equipped outside space and gazebo in the garden. At disposal a wine-cellar where it's possible to taste local wines and products.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of on request.
