20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Provide 20% deposit payment via Pay Pal. Final balance is due at arrival in cash or travelers checks. You can choose to pay the final balance with credit card via Pay Pal. Just remember to specify that at booking time. Final balance payment request via Pay Pal will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to arrival and will have a EURO 30.00 transaction fee.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
